Texture

While shooting an editorial assignment last week I noticed this interesting texture of the surface the writer and I were standing on. So here's that texture, my Nike 6.0's and the one foot of Chris Burrell. Enjoy!

iPhone Shot: One Year-Leef Peepin-Berkshires

Maritza and I celebrated our One Year Anniversary by heading out to the Berkshires last weekend. The leaves combined with the sweet views along the Mohawk Trail of Rt 2 were absolutely beautiful. Funny though, I only used the iPhone for photos.

ARF-Athlete Recovery Fund

The Athlete Recovery Fund. Helping injured action sports athletes.

Ball Park Franks has stepped up and agreed to donate $1 each time this video is viewed in it’s entirety, up to $100,000. So forward this video to your friends, family and everyone you know and you will help raise money for the Athlete Recovery Fund.

I'm not sure if this donation thing works from watching it here so be sure to go here and watch it too.

In Print: Harvard Hockey

The Harvard Hockey story ran in today's Globe Magazine. I have a still life cover and three spreads on the inside, with a couple of cool portraits that I'm proud of.

Russ Quackenbush

Here are a few shots created by my friend Russ Quackenbush. Russ lived across the street from me when I moved to Boston. My former room mate was his first assistant and my now wife lived downstairs from him and his wife Stacy (an amazing sculptor). In fact they are our daughter Zoe's god parents. Anyhoo, his photography is great and his work and encouraging words have inspired me and my photography in many ways over the years. Thanks Russ!
If you aren't familiar with his work already, check it out here!
